As we prepare for the 2026–2027 season, our focus is on developing strong, confident athletes first — and building teams that reflect their growth, readiness, and commitment.

• Intro to Cheer (Ages 4–6) * No session in July
• Precision Cheer Boot Camp
• Focused training to prepare athletes for team placement

• Team placements begin
• Rec, Prep, and (when ready) Elite opportunities

The best place to start right now is with our training and skill-based programs, where athletes build the foundation for everything that comes next.

💎 Intro to Cheer (Ages 4–6)

A fun, structured way for young athletes to try cheer — without long-term commitment.

If your child has been curious about cheer, this is the perfect place to start. This program introduces the basics in a positive, encouraging environment while building confidence and coordination.

💎 What They’ll Learn

• Basic cheer motions and simple jumps
• Beginner tumbling fundamentals
• Coordination, balance, and body awareness
• Listening skills and confidence

$49 for the full 4 weeks

• Saturdays at 9:30 AM
• 45-minute class
• 4-week monthly sessions

This is where athletes build the strength, technique, and consistency needed to progress—whether they’re just starting or preparing for team placement.

🧱 Tumbling Progression

💎 Beginner Tumbling

Mondays | 4:00 – 4:45 PM
Foundations, coordination, and confidence

Build fundamental tumbling skills while developing body awareness, control, and proper technique in a supportive environment.

💎 Level 1 Tumbling & Conditioning

Wednesdays | 4:00 – 5:00 PM
Strength, progression, and skill building

Develop walkovers, round-offs, and foundational connections while improving strength and control.

💎 Level 2 Tumbling & Conditioning

Thursdays | 4:30 – 5:30 PM
Back handsprings and connected skills

Build strong back handsprings and begin connecting tumbling passes with power, timing, and consistency.

Requirement: Strong front and back walkover

🔥 Skill Development

💎 Flexibility + Back Handspring Development

Tuesdays | 6:30 – 7:30 PM
Mobility, strength, and skill progression

This class combines flexibility, strength, and back handspring development in a structured format. Athletes begin with mobility and body control work, then transition into skill-based training with progressions based on individual level.

💪 Power Stunting

Thursdays | 6:30 – 7:30 PM
Strength, technique, and teamwork

Develop strong stunt groups through timing, control, and proper technique. Bases build strength and stability, while flyers develop balance and confidence.

Cheer & Tumbling Registration — May–June Training

This program is designed to help athletes build strength, confidence, and skill through consistent, structured training.

Athletes train based on their level and goals, with a clear progression from beginner tumbling through back handsprings and beyond—while also developing flexibility, power, and overall performance.

Choose your training option (1 class, 2 classes, or unlimited), then select the class(es) that best fit your athlete’s experience and schedule.

Final class placement may be adjusted to ensure the best fit and continued progress.

As we look ahead to the 2026-2027 season, we’re refining our programs to create a stronger, more effective experience for athletes at every level. Sometimes change is exactly what’s needed to build something even better - and we’re excited about what’s coming.
